Unreliable VAT Payer in the Czech Republic description

The Unreliable VAT Payer program is used to monitor the reliability of VAT payers through a web service operated by the financial administration

Basic functions of the program:

bulk import of VAT number from file (VAT number is on a separate line)
import VAT number from clipboard (VAT number is on a separate line)
VAT number search in the database
verification of the payer's reliability via a web service
for each VAT number, the state of reliability, the date of the last verification, the list of published bank accounts for the payment of VAT are registered
sending an email message if an unreliable payer / wrong account number appears among the tested VAT numbers
unlimited number of verified VAT numbers
checking the reliability of VAT payers and bank accounts from an external file NPL. In the text file with the suffix .npl, enter the VAT number without CZ and the account number separated by a semicolon. The next VAT number is always stated on a separate line. After saving the file, double-clicking on this file will open the Unreliable VAT Payer program and the entered bank account numbers will be checked once.

run the program through scheduled windows tasks. The S parameter starts the program and checks the reliability of VAT payers from the internal database. If an unreliable payer occurs and an email is entered in the program, a notification email will be sent to this address. The SU parameter launches the program and checks the reliability of VAT payers from the internal database + performs a reliability check from an external NPL file and a bank account check. This file is also ported to the local database. If an unreliable payer or incorrect bank account occurs and an email is entered in the program, a notification email will be sent to this address.
